Happehatchee is closed for now to reorganize to be more sustainable. We hope you join us every Tuesday for Volunteer Tuesday. There are many things that we need help with to make reopening happen faster.
Our hope is that very soon you can come to visit our special place where nature has been left alone to wonder where it will. Once again you will be able to play, be quite, have great conversations, explore, lift your spirits and rest your soul.

As part of our commitment to our community, Happehatchee offers weekly classes and activities to carry out our mission as an eco-spiritual center of enlightenment, empowerment and wellness. Please check back as we will be adding new classes often.
SPECIAL NOTICES:
The Happe Bridge is OPEN. So access to the labyrinth and yoga studio is open also.
Happe is closed on Wednesday’s now, giving Happe a much needed rest for upkeep. Thanks everyone who has been coming for years to all the Wednesday classes. We are still open six days a week. Mon-Tue-Thur-Fri-Sat-Sun.
If temps below 50 degrees then all outdoor classes are cancelled.

I added you to the email list. Let me know if you don’t get the newsletter email for any reason and I will check up on it. You do not need to RSVP to a yoga class unless the calendar specifies it.
Right now I can not think of one yoga class that does this.

Hello, I live in fort myers and came across this website and was amazed that such a wonderful place was so close and hidden from home.
i wanted to know if classes are open to anyone and do you need to call and rsvp or just show up to participate? also how do i find the location?

@Catherine, Thanks for posting. We put you on the newsletter mailing list, Classes have all started back up. Refer to the calendar page on the website to see days and times. We posted on there what days we were closed. Classes are open to anyone unless specified to call first. Just show up otherwise. The location also on web site. Remember our entrance is exactly opposite Publix entrance on Corkscrew Rd. Look for white mailbox and gravel entrance. Hope to see you soon. call if you get lost (239) 992-5455
I have been to your yoga classes before, but it has been awhile! Wonderful spiritual place. I was wondering if you still have Monday classes. You’re closed on Mondays now, but the “Ongoing Classes” link still has Monday classes listed. I’m off on Mondays and would really like to take the 9AM Yoga with Nancy. Let me know!
Yes we still have Monday classes. We were going to close on Mondays to give Happehatchee a much needed rest but we have now switched it to Wednesdays.
So this Monday we will be closed but starting next week we will be open Monday and close on Wednesday.

Sorry for the confusion. Happehatchee has been going through some changes since Ellen passed and we are getting both feet back on the ground to balance ourselves.
Now that you are closing on Wednesdays will the yoga class taught by Jeannie on Wed. morning be moved to another day and if so what? Also what does ON HOLD mean for Cesar’s class on Tuesday? Is he currently teaching it?

I’m sorry Linda but Jeanie’s yoga class (mine) will be cancelled all together at this time. I would like to start it back on another day but not sure when at this time. Look for that around February. Cesar’s Tuesday class is being taught by Erica-owner of elements- at this time till Cesar returns. Sorry for the confusion. Happe is in the process of coming back with both feet on the ground as we were all a bit out of balance with Ellen’s passing.

I would like to know what happened to Ellen’s dog. She loved that dog and I learned it was given away. I would like to know who adopted her and if she got a good home.

Please read this blog post to explain where Bella is. She is with her original owner where she spent the first 6 or so years. She is with her brother who went crazy happy (wild wag of the tail) when Bella arrived at the house where she grew up.
