Afternoon Meditation Retreat
Sunday, March 4th, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m, in the Peace Pavilion
Come Into the Calm... This refreshing event will be led by Bhante Jayasara, a visiting Theravadan Buddhist monk from Bhavana Society in West Virginia. Includes silent sitting, a Dhamma talk, guided Metta (Loving-Kindness) meditation, and personal time for yoga stretching and mindful walking in nature. At this free (donation-based) event, no experience is needed.
