The Art of Dancing with Yuan Chang:
Two Sundays in March, 2020!
The Art Of Dancing has one objective: to help understand yourself through the medium of dance. We will delve into topics such as musicality and movement (how snares, vocals, reverb translate in body motion), dance foundation (understanding groove, level changes, your 3d space), self image (how self image inhibit or fuel your dance practice), responsiveness (how to effectively respond to others, your environment, and the music) & body visualization (using colors, textures, and scenarios to open up your range of movement).
This class is for those who are interested in expressing themselves more openly, learn body awareness, heighten their creative capacities, and for all those who love to dance. It is for all levels and backgrounds. So, come play and learn what interesting intricate things your body can do!
